Liked: Clean, neat room; everything in place; plenty of towels.

Perfect

Liked: Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Super friendly. Heather gave us a warm welcome at the desk and throughout our stay she was always ready to help. Brittany always started our mornings off right with her light up the room smile, amazing friendly energy serving our delicious breakfast and coffee. Lobby and bar/restaurant atmosphere were very cozy. Bed very comfortable with lots off extra perfect pillows Location is excellent. Can walk pretty much anywhere. Right in the heart of the music.
Disliked: It is an old hotel. However, it is in the process of renovating:)

Great location, lacking in amenities.

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower so we googled it. There was no working ice machines.

Exceptional

Liked: It was close to Broadway... and was not hard to get to. Front desk was always nice, the waitress was cheerful and sufficient..
Disliked: The parking itself was not very well descriptive on booking or their site.. Using Valet is $55 a day/night.. Must be careful which garages you use if parking on your own.

Not worth the price! But...

Liked: The shower and sink had great pressure!! The lobby was decorated cool!
Disliked: The safe was not useable.the battery went out. The shower in the corners had black in them. Didn’t check to see what it was since we had little time to shower and get ready to leave for our restaurant.The bed was lumpy, not comfortable.

Liked: Last of the front desk was so awesome!
Disliked: Water would leak out of shower across bathroom, a little dated than expected but room was spacious

Mom's birthday trip

Liked: Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The curtains let lighybin at the top, which would wake me up in the AM.

Superb

Excellent staff experience overshadowed minor...

Liked: Check-in a breeze with Heather, she was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very professional, a credit to the property.
Disliked: Renovations occurring, a construction bin blocked 90% of the entrance. We had to circle until valet park was located and available. Extremely inconvenient with all of the one ways in downtown Nashville. Unfortunately we were not made aware of the situation. The bin was still there the next morning during check-out time, however it was clear from the construction crew which was an added obstruction at the time of check-in.

Chic, clean hotel in excellent...

Liked: We loved our stay! Check-in was easy and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly (special shoutout to Heather!). The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was great - large with a wonderful walk-in shower and excellent water pressure, and we appreciated the provided toiletries (large bottles with a pleasant scent). The hotel design was a welcome change from the usual sterile hotel foyers - it had character and charm. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily enjoy Nashville's downtown on foot (didn't have to take the car out of parking for the duration of our stay - we used the valet parking). Finally, the breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've had - well worth the money! Get the biscuits and gravy or the Nashville bowl - and come hungry. Huge portions of delicious food. Coffee was good too.
Disliked: Sockets on the nightstand were quite loose so we couldn't use them to charge our phones. A very minor problem though as there were other outlets available. No other critiques!
