Great place, don't touch room...

Liked: The staff was amazing all around. The room was great and had a balcony. I will try a river view room on my next stay.
Disliked: Being told the room waters were $5 each, then being charged $16.50 for them and not $10. That's false advertising.

Liked: Location is in the heart of downtown so you can walk around. Very clean and tastefully decorated.

Good choice.

Liked: Great location! I got the disability room and it was not only roomy and well organized but beautiful also. Vasili’s restaurant across the street was amazing. There were 6 restaurants in the complex so we had choices and didn’t have to go far.
Disliked: Everything was good.
