Liked: The front desk staff made this stay most unbelievably amazing! A special thank you to Ms. L! She made a judgement call, which was a courtesy emergency accommodation for our family to check-in much earlier due to a rained out wedding venue change and a terrible experience from the actual hosting hotel. We had our 75yr old parents visiting from Georgia, then riding 2hrs from Elk Grove to Napa for this day. Ms.L was very sympathetic and polite! Ms.R hosted in the restaurant. She was just totally personable and funny, which was much needed and appreciated. My husband and I visit Napa regularly and now we have a new found gem hotel for our stays. Thank you Indigo!!!
