Disliked: Being told I had to pay $10 to use the car park. I thought this was an overreach that left me dismayed - there is plenty of space in the car park - it’s not NYC. I would not stay again due to this. The lighting in the room is inadequate particularly in the bathroom. The bedding is thin and inadequate for night time temperatures in Napa.

Liked: Front desk staff was very nice at check-in and at check-out. Even the wait staff at the restaurant were decent.
Disliked: However, the food I ordered wasn't that good. The bagel was toasted but very chewy and doughy!! The salmon was only on one half of the bagel not on both, which made it very overpriced. The fruit on the plate was so minimal why even offer it?

Liked: They had no hot water, when I brought to their attention they asked me “did I not notice this yesterday”? The. Said they would make a note to Maintance. Completely unacceptable!
