I loved the hotel and...

Liked: The hotel is really great — everything is beautiful, well-organized, with polite and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as I wanted. My main reason for choosing this hotel was the heated and open pool, but it wasn’t actually heated. It wasn’t freezing, but it was cold. On a hot, sunny day it feels nice, though. I plan to come back in the summer — the leisure area is really beautiful and a great place to relax.

Disliked: ADA room was to crowded with unnecessary furniture, very difficult to move around in

Liked: Hotel lobby and Restraunt were very nice! Food was delicious !Location was perfect..Staff was wonderful and very helpful..
Disliked: Rooms were outdated, we came as a group of 4 adults and reserved 2 king suites .The rooms were not connected and there was connecting rooms! One room was not a full king suite… very disappointed in the rooms and reservations! We’re a group of 4 and should have been given rooms with connecting doors and equal king suites! Not one bigger than the other…
