A mixed bag, lacking attention...

Liked: Front end staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: No safe in room. The bedroom doors were incredibly heavy which was reassuring but it meant that late arriving and early departing guests leaving their rooms ensured a restless night for those wishing to sleep. There were 2 bottles of water in the room on arrival, both displaying a $6 price tag if used, pretty steep! We had 2 adjacent rooms and annoyingly one room was cleaned daily and the other was not touched until I requested fresh towels and a supply of toilet roll for the room on day 3. I would not expect to have to make my own bed and empty my own bins, when they advertise daily housekeeping. An apology was given but no explanation provided. The fridge froze everything that was placed inside it.

Liked: We loved the ambience! Very clean, very well kept! Would come back again!
Disliked: The property it self was good, the parking was the difficult part. Just confusing not a deal breaker by any means.
