Liked: Perfect location, safe neighborhood, 3’ from the Brickell station. Super comfy beds and pillows, nice spacious rooms. The rooms are being cleaned daily which is also a plus.

Disliked: My shower leaked water onto the floor. When I ordered online from the hotel restaurant, they didn’t see my order because the tablet they use for online orders was being used for music. My order was over an hour late because of this. I wish the hotel didn’t have just valet parking.
