Almost everything is good
Liked: The hotel is very good in general, the room is very complete and comfortable and it is very central to all the bars, restaurants and fun places. The guy in the reception (I don't remember his name, but he is from Colombia) was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The fire alarm activated at 6 am, it seems due a malfunction of the system. Everybody was evacuated and it took 1 hour to turn the alarm off. Basically I was obligated to wake up early on a Sunday. When I was doing the check out (that same day after the incident with the alarm), I asked for my receipt and the lady in the reception was very rude, she didn't want to give me the receipt, she stated that Booking should be the one that gives the receipt and Booking states clearly that the hotel provides the receipt... Anyways, she finally gave me the receipt very reluctantly.

Don't stay here!
Disliked: Don't book this property!! We had a date change, which my rep from Booking.com helped me get with a man at the front desk named Rafael. He said it was no problem and they could absolutely change the date of my stay. It was updated in my Booking app with confirmation emails and everything. When I arrived on my new date at the hotel, I was told I didn't have a reservation and the one I had before was marked as a "no show." When I explained to the guy at the desk (you'll never believe it, but it was also Rafael) what we had set up, he told me to call Booking.com and they could call him. I called Booking and explained my situation. They had all the notes from the previous call and were happy to help. From the lobby, I listened as the man at the desk (Rafael) quickly lost him temper at the Booking rep on the phone. He ultimately hung up on my rep and then said that the rep from Booking had called him a "motherf*****" which is totally unbelievable!! When my Booking rep called me back, he told me that when he told Rafael that the notes from the previous call said that he, in fact, was the person who approved the change, the man at the desk suddenly said that his name was NOT Rafael and began yelling at the Booking rep. Long story short, the man at the desk at this hotel is not only unhelpful, but hostile! Booking.com helped me book another hotel less than a mile away (Thank you Hu Hotel!)
