Disliked: We barely got any sleep due to a falsely activated fire alarm.

Liked: The staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great, easy to get to Beale St, The Peabody to see the ducks, and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in an older building and they have done a great job preserving some of the vintage feel. The garage is on site and easy to get in and out of.

Liked: Clean modern spacious close to downtown restaurants and other businesses. .
Disliked: Paying for parking is ridiculous we’re on the property paying for the stay there why should there be more fees. The downstairs bathroom lock didn’t work and one of the employees walked in on me.
