Not professional and bad business

Disliked: There was no smoking rooms or outside ashtrays therefore had to keep cigarettes butts and was charged 250 for throwing them away in room trash never will book again unless this is corrected

Decent stay, would stay at...

Liked: Clean room and bed, nice lobby and parking area.
Disliked: Bathroom door would not stay closed, shower handle came off, tv satellite box quit working, staff was not that friendly.

I don’t hate it, but…

Liked: Overall, it was a cool stay. Facilities were clean, staff was nice, and the lobby was decorative and inviting. Lots of sitting and lounging areas on the first floor, along with a restaurant that serves breakfast/brunch (Biscuits and Jams). The pool area (8th floor) is super nice with “lounging teepee” areas surrounding it. As with most of the hotels in this area, we were able to walk to everything: food, coffee, drinks, clubs, FedEx Forum, etc.The small negatives: suite bedroom floors are hardwood and COLD. Bring slippers! Bathrooms are really nice with luxurious soap, lotion and shampoo, but the sliding door doesn’t allow for any privacy (or controlled smells). There is about an inch on one side that’s exposed after you “close” the door, and about 3 inches on the other! Beds are also a little uncomfortable. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave. Also wish there were extra covers in the closet. Lastly, no complementary coffee was ever available in the lobby during our stay. The display was there, but every time we stopped by it was empty and unstocked. There were also no coffee fixings in the room, just Keurig cups. There are also no “views” from this hotel, either.

Liked: The staff was great and very helpful. The room was average at best. Everything appeared to be clean enough, but there were some suspect areas on top of the furniture that I personally cleaned with a wet wipe. The shower handle inside the shower was also broken and hanging there, so I almost wondered if the shower was cleaned properly. Overall, it was good, but like most hotels, it was just another interior design on an aging building with an inflated price. Had it been more reasonably priced around $250, it would've been better, but the value just wasn't there.
