Liked: Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and good location,.
Disliked: There was a strong odor of raw sewage in our bathroom. I asked if it could be eliminated or move us to another room. Returned after being away all day. Manager told us it was resolved but it wasn't. Odor Returned almost immediately.

Excellent hotel. Worked out great...

Liked: Excellent location. Clean, new facility, nice medium size. Didn’t feel “corporate.” Interesting decor. Great shower/water pressure. Quiet inside though on a busy corner.
Disliked: Front desk people were very polite but not very knowledgeable. Asked where to buy tram tickets to the AO and was directed to the 7/11 nearby. Later learned the trams are free in the CBD and to the AO.

Liked: The design flair throughout the hotel
Disliked: There was aircondition condensation drip throughout the 3 nights stay near the bathroom.
