Brilliant hotel but let down...

Liked: Hotel is lovely and in an amazing location so close to Victoria station the AO arena the arndale bars restaurants very clean comfortable and modern really nice
Disliked: Took a while to check in. We prepaid for breakfast when we booked. We booked a time slot for a breakfast table at check in. We ordered our breakfast more or less as we sat down and after 1hr 20min and asking the staff a few times we still didn't have breakfast. staff just said it will be a while yet. Unfortunate really because that's the last thing before you leave the hotel and it let it down, we ended up leaving without breakfast.

Overall had an amazing time....

Liked: Location was great. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice enough but ran out of cups for self serve tea and coffee and gf bread could have been nicer, it was a bit like cardboard.
Disliked: Toilets next to the restaurant at breakfast hadn’t been cleaned from the night before. This is the second time I stayed and the second time this happened. Dreadful.
