Liked: only have cereal & toast for breakfast-was included in price (would not pay £19.95)

Liked: The staff were great
Disliked: The breakfast was ok , but they where very slow . It took nearly an hour to come when it was ordered , even when the restaurant was quiet .

Great hotel

Liked: Location was good, for train station & New Century hall were I was attending a gig.Hotel clean, comfortable & relaxing atmosphere.

Disliked: Chaotic. Staff apeared to be working hard but we're unable to cope with volumes. No milk, no water, coffee machine broken and water everywhere. No plates for continental. Hot food orders taking nearly an hour - not just ours - lots of people waiting.Gad to queue for lift when returned to hotel just before 11pm. When we asked for dire Lion to stairs - told nor available
