Liked: When we arrived the receptionist greeted us straight away and was welcomingHe said I had booked a standard room that was small and the bathroom was small, but actually it was huge compared to what he said, we laughed Not sure what their other rooms are like..The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean and exceptional, the staff were friendly and respectful

Liked: Everything about the hotel is great location, staff and food
Disliked: Often run out of avacado at breakfast which s my favourite and I don't enjoy meat

Prime location and beautiful decor

Liked: Room decor, price, location
Disliked: At Breakfast a minor language barrier with staff! Quite loud - you could hear everything in the hotel hallway which was slightly frustrating, but didn’t impact our staff too much!

If I go to Manchester...

Liked: location and the hotel was really nicegood brekfast
Disliked: maybe need of more cozy seating area close to the bar

Expensive for what it is.

Liked: Good location, central but very quiet. Decent bathroom.
Disliked: Small, odd, expensive room. Dusty with limited in room facilities. Dusty cups, no milk or milk sachets. Felt like a room that hadn’t been used for a while and wasn’t freshly prepped before being used. This was a standard room.
