Lovely room, nightmare breakfast service!

Disliked: Breakfast was a fiasco. Simply not enough staff to cope with the number of customers. Food was cooked to order which was very nice when it finally arrived after 45 minute wait. Surely it would have been more efficient to offer hot buffet.A lot of guests,, inclufing us, had to ask for later check because of the breakfast delay. No doubt this would have impact the turnaround time of our room for the next guests.

Disliked: Food was awful for the price we paid. Served dilute orange and tried to pass it off as fresh orange juice. Nobody asked how our stay was on departure. Thick chips are skinny and over cooked and I nearly choked on them. Have the food missing off many. Dust in rooms and bathrooms.

Unnecessary stressed

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: On check in could not find our booking which I had paid for months In advance. We were given 2 disabled rooms on different floors, which made it difficult to liaise between family members due to the lift key operating on one floor only We travelled as a family of 4 generations from 9 year old granddaughter to great grandmother There was no water provided in the fridge of one our rooms and over all felt stressed and unnecessarily reocupied with phoning reception for extra keys provisions etc when we had a one night sta
