Liked: Location was great staff was nice and extremely helpful
Disliked: The elevators kinda smelled bad but also they have a club so it be coming from that. Rooms are a little rundown cute vibes

Liked: Wanted a king bed for us two brothers. Could'nt find one so booked a separate room

Liked: I liked the bathroom and the room overall. The location was also pretty convenient to get to other place around the city. Neighborhood also had some good coffee shops and stores.
Disliked: Room service kept coming back and yelled at me for still being in the room. I understand that she needed to get into the room to clean but she was extremely rude about it. Also the club that they advertised was booked for a private party on Friday night. Lastly, we requested a bag hold so we could go to brunch after a late check out was not granted. When we returned from brunch, our bags were on a bellhop in the lobby, not secure at all. Very disappointed.

Liked: Very friendly check in staff, pretty cool common areas. Roof bar was a little pricey, but great views. Perfect location for my visit.
Disliked: Look, all NYC hotels begin to show wear after a short while. The beds were comfortable, and clean, but every single piece of furniture in the room was paint chipped from use. Room bar drawer was broken and stuck open. Shower had a significant amount of mold in the caulking and I, therefore, did not use it. Artwork, while interesting, had a slash mark across the image. At this price point, more maintenance should be considered for the rooms.

Disliked: Furniture in room was really old.Breakfast place the worst I ever seen.Almost nothing to eat and coffee not good, service very slow and prices too high.
