Disliked: Did not have a great interaction with one front desk staff but everyone else was great. Hate the weighted fridge bc it left no room to put leftovers or anything larger than a soda can in it

Liked: The room was spacious and the location was great. Loved the view.
Disliked: The room was very dirty, with hair and dusts on furnitures and in the toilet. The cabinets and amenities were very worn out.

Overpriced and disappointing, only stay...

Disliked: This hotel was a complete, overpriced disappointment. The experience was along the lines of a Hampton Inn. At $650 per night, I was not expecting a spartan room with low quality bedding, no additional pillows or blankets in the room, tiny scratchy towels in the bathroom and no robes. The lighting was poor and seemed more for aesthetics than function, and the single side chair had no table or lamp near it. The biggest issue though is the nightclub that operates on the 15th floor of the hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor and we had the pleasure of clearly hearing club music in our room until 3:00 am making it impossible to sleep. When I complained to the front desk staff while checking out, their only response was “sorry”. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as the product they offer is not commensurate with the price they are charging.
