Superb
Liked: Clean, good location. Good breakfast. Nearby there are many restaurants. Next door there is small supermarket. It takes literally 5 mins walking to get Heathrow Express platform.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was in basement, so a bit dark. We stayed in Room 505 which wasn't great - the bathroom floor was a mess - seemed to be a temporary vinyl cover over a damaged tile floor. The fridge in the room wasn’t working, some fixtures and fittings (like light switches) were also damaged or not working. Certainly didn’t feel like the quality of hotel usually associated with Indigo, and not good value for money.

The worst IHG hotel we...
Liked: The en-suite was a good size, but it did take up a 1/3 of the room size. The wardrobe was well designed with plenty of open shelves for storage. The location was only a few minutes walk from Paddington, very well placed.
Disliked: Upon checking in the unhelpful receptionist insisted on a hard copy of a credit card for 'extras' but was happy to take ApplePay for the room charge. On the second day we realised that we had been given a small 15sqm room rather than the 19sqm room. We reported this to unhelpful receptionist, who either didn't care, or perhaps did indeed refer it to management. The en-suite was very dark and needs more lights.

Perfect location and excellent service
Liked: We had a great stay. The location is unbeatable, just a 2 minute walk from Paddington Station which made getting around super easy. The staff were fantastic, very responsive and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early which we really appreciated.The service was excellent throughout. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels in the area, cleaned daily and the fridge was restocked with complimentary water and soda which was a nice touch. The room had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.A special shoutout to Catalyn at reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful.The only downside was the wifi which was quite weak especially considering the already limited mobile signal in the building.Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely return!
