Liked: Location was excellent a few minutes walk ro Paddington Station. Close proximity to local eateries and shopping.
Disliked: Initial confusion with the room booking. It took 3 room changes and a call to Booking.com to be assigned a Twin room. The shift Manager informed us that here weren't any available Twin rooms for the night even though website indicated there were. He stated that the website was incorrect. It was only after I called and was on hold with Booking.com customer service that there was a sudden 'cancellation' and we were shown up to a Twin room. So it was a stressful way to commence our stay. I didin't appreciate his attitude!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and slightly larger than I expected (given that this is London).
Disliked: I couldn’t find a bin in the room or a switch for the bathroom extractor fan.

Liked: Location was perfect and staff were great. It was clean... To an extent.
Disliked: Overall it just seemed tatty. Badly finished at almost every turn from filler to tatty rugs. It didn't feel like good value for money and not in line with other indigo hotels I've stayed at in the past. Fully aware it's London also but the room was TINY. weird ledges and edges meaning it was awkward to move around at all times.

Liked: Great position near station, grocery shops, restaurant & bar. Comfortable bed & pillow. The Italian restaurant food & service was superb.
Disliked: Lift was the slowest I have ever experienced. The courtyard was lucky to be 2 meters x 2 meters and the view was appalling. At $ 750 Australian a night, very overpriced.
