Extremely Disappointing Experience and Lack...

Liked: I am unable to point out any positive aspects of my stay, as the theft incident and the inadequate response from the hotel management overshadowed the entire experience.
Disliked: I stayed at Hotel Indigo Kensington in November 2024 and experienced a serious theft incident. My bag—containing valuable documents and personal items—was stolen from the secure room in the lobby. CCTV footage showed a staff member inadvertently handing my bag to the thief. While management acknowledged full responsibility in writing, they failed to follow through with effective solutions.Despite promptly reporting the incident, the hotel management initially responded but has since stopped all communication. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, and no compensation or resolution has been offered. This lack of accountability and transparency is deeply concerning.I strongly urge travelers to exercise caution, as the hotel’s security measures appear inadequate, and management’s lack of support or follow-up after such a serious incident is unacceptable. I hope that by sharing my experience, the hotel will take action to prevent similar issues in the future.
