Excellent location, facilities leave something...

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly
Disliked: Shower was tepid at best (friends in another room on a different floor had the same problem). Air Conditioner seemed to be grinding the air rather than cooling it and had to be switched off. Bed was comfortable but may have been easier to get in to (lower) if it were attached to the ceiling directly rather than the plinth it was on.
