It was ok but would...

Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: The property was not very clean especially the floors. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and my floor was not cleaned once. The floors all around the hotel seemed dirty. Didn’t expect that from such a renowned chain.

Disliked: The room was too cold and the reception took an extra £50 deposit which was refunded but was still unwelcome
