Hotel and staff great. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Close to everything we wanted to see in Liverpool. Definitely will come back and will recommend this hotel.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, could do with a bigger quilt.
Disliked: Lack of lighting. Not very good when trying to apply make-up.

A beautiful hotel with great...

Liked: Location, modern, facilities
Disliked: Under bed and top of wardrobe need a dust.Also to make it a 10 you’d need to fix a couple of things in the bathroom such as refresh the sealant where mild is forming, refresh paint where it’s chipped etc. a toilet brush would be good - luckily we’ve been together over 20 years!
