Hotel and staff great. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Close to everything we wanted to see in Liverpool. Definitely will come back and will recommend this hotel.

Great location and fabulous stay.

Liked: The room was modern and clean with a stocked mini bar. The warm welcome on reception was well received and felt personal. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
Disliked: Nothing not too like.

Great location, friendly staffs and...

Liked: The room facilities are exceptional. Great service from staffs all the way from reception, restaurant and room service. Breakfast is good too with lots of choicesRooms are cleaned very well.
Disliked: I liked everything. But i would suggest that when 2 people are staying in the room then the supplies of tea coffee etc must be provided accordingly.
