Mostly good.

Liked: The Hotel was convenient for us. We liked our room and the work out facility.
Disliked: Our dinner on Sunday evening was delayed due to a problem in the Kitchen. The Staff helping us acknowledged the situation and adjusted the price of our food.

Liked: Unique location outside of main traffic. Housekeeping gave us clean towels everyday. Free tea and coffee which nice mugs.
Disliked: You need to have a “breakfast voucher” to get free breakfast. That wasn’t clearly explained and only gave me one when I bought two rooms. The vouchers can only be used once. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. For some reason the shower didn’t have a door to keep the water in. It only had a plain of glass that covered half of the shower.

Liked: Room was very spacious! The shower was huge. I can’t get over the amount of room there was for what we paid. It was extremely clean! I also liked the text updates and coordination I was able to keep with the hotel through text for basic needs and questions. Will be my go to hotel for KC area!
Disliked: Parking was a little different. Had to pay $20 a day to use the parking garage next door. There was no free parking option.
