Were told on checkin that...
Disliked: We didnt get to stay here. They claimed that even though we had a proper booking on booking.com, that they were overbooked, and they didnt have any room for us. This is when we check in at midnight. We booked days in advance.. The staff were apparently told earlier that day when they started their shift.. However noone thought to tell us. Thanks to the hotel being kinda close, we actually lugged our luggage here as well, all to be told to go to a different hotel that was closer to the station. They were able to rebook us at the Raddison blu for no charge and also got us a free cab.. but really messed up our start of the trip. This place was also right next to our car rental, while the other hotel wasnt, so that was another long luggage lug.

Glasgow weekend away
Liked: Comfortable room and friendly staff on reception.Offered to store our luggage when we checked out
Disliked: That they had run out of gluten free bread on the second morning, when I let them know before hand on the booking forn that I was a coeliac. They did offer a cooked breakfast but it wasn't as filling as their gluten containing Scottish breakfast that my daughter had. And when you see the other guests going backwards and forwards to the breads and cakes knowing you aren't able to have any, you don't feel fulfilled and feel like you've not had value for money. Bulbs had gone in the make up mirror in the bathroom, the mini fridge and the wardrobe. The hairdryer started glowing when I switched it on so that gave me a scare thinking it was going to set on fire. Also our room was very dark as there was an office block built right outside, it was that close you could see people sitting at their desks so noprivacy unless you kept the curtains closed
