Liked: This was our seventh or eighth stay at this hotel; the location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the customer service is top-notch. Everything was good, but the exceptional staff stood out the most. I want to give a special thanks to Gabriella Nieves—she was fantastic! Her customer service was outstanding— she ensured we were well taken care of and was incredibly dedicated. I wish more hotels offered this level of service. While it's not a luxury hotel, we felt safe, comfortable, and appreciated.

Liked: The property was very nice It was clean. The rooms were nicely decorated, but they have a very limited kitchen which meant I have to order all my food breakfast lunch and dinner from Uber eats
