Disliked: It's not really a restaurant w service. Deceptively advertised, in my opinion. Bartender takes your order for food. At least, that was how it worked on our Fri. nite! The bar was busy & many were eating at the bar. We wanted a place where we could sit down and eat at the hotel w/ service, to make it easier. At check in, front desk told us breakfast was 7-11 am Sat. It was 7-10 am! We missed it by 30 min. So, we paid for a room with breakfast but didn't get one. The room was modern & comphy, but POOR lighting & dark. The bathroom was well lit howerver, lol! ! The front desk at check out did not give us a final receipt. They told us booking.com would forward our final receipt! Very poor communication betwn staff and customer. Me, we would not use this hotel again. Poor value for the service we recvd. We stayed at a Sleep 6 in VA on one leg of our drive, which was stellar and far less money, ironic. We thought this higher end hotel would have better service and amenities. It did not..

Disliked: I don’t like how I never got my 50$ refund back (really $100 because I paid for two rooms ) and left them cleaner then when I came in. Then when o called to ask about it they acted like they couldn’t find me in their system even tho I gave them my booking number and all.
