Clean, comfortable and convenient

Liked: Free hotel shuttle, right in the heart of flushing so you can walk to food, friendly staff
Disliked: On 2 separate occasions, their phone doesn’t work so made it impossible to get ahold of the front desk to request the shuttle and you had to wait hours

Liked: The hotel decor, room layout and accommodations were great. Staff was very friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable.
Disliked: The location was a little hectic but other than that it was great. There was just a ton of construction but that’s NY.

Liked: It was very close to the airport, clean, and aesthetically pleasing upon arrival in lobby.
Disliked: The elevators were a little slow.

Nice hotel to stay in...

Liked: Very clean hotel, space decent, all facilities nice. Easy access to Subway. very nice staff. The room has no refrigerator and microwave but they did send to my room during my 4 nights stay, very helpful.
