Liked: We LOVE Lloyd. This is the second time we have stayed at the Indigo and because Lloyd had been so helpful the first time, we were overjoyed to see him again. To be honest, the service we received from Lloyd the first time was part of our decision to return. Lloyd is attentive, observant and exceeds expectations every time. Conner in the cafe was also excellent. He was so helpful and delivered quick service even though he was the only person working that day. When we complimented Lloyd and thanked him he said, "It's because we want you to come back". Thank you again, Lloyd. Rest assured, we will return.
