Liked: Staff was accommodating. We like that it's close to the train station. The Piazza del Doumo and other attractions are just walking distance from the hotel.

Wonderful and Modern with Exceptional...

Liked: This was a wonderful hotel, with modern decor and wonderful staff who will made the stay memorable, accomodating an early check in and remembering your name when returning to the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and modern with wonderful facilities and modern bathrooms, the beds comfortable and the view incredible. The mini bar was generous.
Disliked: Great location right by the train station but a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old walled city and about a 30 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. This was fine, but I did feel a little unsafe around the area at night as a solo traveller. Also the room doesn’t come with a vanity kit or similar items and while a quick call to reception and speedy delivery offered the items it was slightly annoying have to call.
