Good location, small and odd...

Liked: Good location 5 mins walk from the bus station.
Disliked: The check in was not good. We arrived at the hotel at 13.30, they told us that our room would be ready at 15.00, we left our luggege and when we came back at 21.00 our luggage was still in the middle of the reception and the check in was not done! The room was small and the floor was not level and had an incline. The ceiling was slanted leaving very little space in the room where you could stand up straight.In general the staff appear to have an indifferent attitude and felt unwelcome.

Excellent 2 night stay, cosy...

Liked: Location was absolutely perfect, 2 minute walk from tramline that brings you to the main street and to airport. Shopping centre, omni centre and coffee shops located close-by to Hotel. Breakfast and rooms were excellent
Disliked: Nothing

Absolutely fantastic would definitely come...

Liked: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the young staff in the dining room were so lovely and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was immaculate and the freebies in the mini bar were a really nice touch.
Disliked: Not applicable as everything and everyone was marvellous.

Liked: Excellent location to get around in the city centre, great breakfast, nice staff
Disliked: Room view was bit sad - seeing a wall of another building :(

Very good

Amazing staff.. comfy quiet room...

Liked: Took my partner for a night out.. and we go away a lot.. but for a hotel and staff and location we both agreed it was one of the best places we've ever stayed at.. the staff were amazing and the room was amazing too.. it had a home feel to it..
Disliked: The creek of the lift... although we actually found it funny

Big room, helpful staff, and...

Liked: We got the biggest room in the building so it was quite spacious. No idea how it compares to the other rooms but we would ask for it specifically if we go again. The location was near new-town so that was great.
Disliked: It was a bit of a maze to get to the room from the check in desk. Also, if you’re using a near car park, you’ve got to lug your luggage outside pretty far. There isn’t an unload zone near the hotel but some people just block the road to unload. Being foreign and in a hired car, we aren’t about to challenge the norms as we don’t fully understand the norms.
