Liked: Room was modern, staff was very friendly, and everything was nice and clean. Also was in a good location.
Disliked: Our tv had options for Netflix, Disney plus, prime etc but didn’t work when clicked onto it, to try and log in. Noticed speaker in shower but couldn’t get it work either.

Amazing place to stay

Liked: Great service at the reception, very kind staff. Amazing breakfast. Perfect location for sightseeing. Overall great place to stay.
Disliked: Some of the rooms are almost below street level, so the air can feel a bit damp in the room. It wasn't a problem for my asthmatic mother since we only stayed a few nights, but ask ahead if you have asthma.

We'll definitely be back.

Liked: Really fantastic location, not far from Waverly, and lots of great restaurants within walking distance, we walked everywhere. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great selection at breakfast and a fantastic shower.
Disliked: The only thing was that we had no view from our room, and the bed sloped into the middle, minor issues.

Overall a good stay

Liked: The room was quite dirty in the sense that the walls were super stained, the armchair in the room as well (we did not even sit on it) and the carpet. Otherwise the bathroom was ok, but with a bad smell. Very good shower, bed and breakfast. Location is super good: tram direct from airport to almost in front of the hotel. Overall a good stay. I believe we will return.
