Disliked: Only thing that was wrong with our stay was the lift been out of order for a short while and had to struggle up the stairs after breakfast as I have walking difficulties

Disliked: My first night stay in the room overlooking a street was dreadful; there was a lot of noise even in the middle of the night, which kept me awake for the whole night! Thankfully, the staff changed my room to a quieter one and I had a much better rest in the following days. Another problem was that shower water did not drain well in both rooms
