Liked: Perfect location to all your tourist attractions. Easy hop on/off tram location. Incredible room views. Staff were exceptional at all times from checking in, room service, bar, breakfast, bag drop etc. so clean & smells amazing. Lovely touch with the water, chocolate and crisps. Very comfortable bed. No noise disturbances

Disliked: Our room was on the front of hotel facing Princes street windows could do with been renewed as it was noisy during the night

Liked: Excellent location for our needs. Room was very tastefully decorated throughout. The breakfasts were fantastic with a greta choice. On our last day there was a problem with their new computer system which meant us waiting on our cooked breakfast for almost an hour. We were in no hurry that morning so we were patient. The manager explained right away that we would not be charged and went straight to reception to insure it was done. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We did not have much of a view from our room but no doubt that would cost a lot more!

A perfect night!

Liked: Excellent location, beautifully decorated rooms. We arrived late and ordered room service, and the food was exceptional!
Disliked: Not a problem, just something to note — the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, but there are two car parks close by.
