Disliked: at check in we were told that room we booked is unavailable and offered a downgrade with no excuses / explanation given, when we disagreed - the room miraculously became available; at night it was extremely noisy, like party of dozens of people happening next door starting at 1am

Liked: The breakfast was very good. They. have a delicious egg wrap with a side of home fries. They also have oatmeal, yogurt and bagels as well as some fruit. For a continental breakfast, it was impressive. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent.
Disliked: There should be better lighting for the room

Disliked: The only downfall to the stay is that both recent times I’ve went my deposit was not returned. My charges still sit in pending even after almost a month later.
