Good value - but comes...

Liked: Room size good by European standards. Staff friendly. Cake at the breakfast tasty. Shower pressure good. Slippers provided when asked the staff at the front desk. Complimentary water provided. Price and value good though not that central.
Disliked: The curtains in the first room cannot completely block the light from outside when seeing from the bed, but offered to changed the room, which I accepted. The variety of breakfast is not enough, especially hot items. No carpeting in the second room (but the first room has, which is a little bit odd). Soundproof not good, got waken up by the noise from upstairs. The pillows a little bit too soft, not providing good support.

Disliked: Coffee at breakfast was only ok

Great location and comfortable hotel

Liked: After staying at this hotel many times over the past years, I arrived a couple of hours early prior to check in as my flight and transfer were quick, the response upon asking if the room was ready was I could pay an additional hourly charge to check in which I found was different to what I had experienced

felt like home

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good, there are both metro and tram stops very close by. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The rooms are bright and spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast variety was very good.
Disliked: The carpet under the bed is difficult to clean and collects dust.

Good family stay

Liked: The family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There are good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Disliked: nothing to note
