Liked: Truly an exceptional hotel. The staff was so welcoming and so helpful. Thank you Pavel the night manager who gave us such excellent tips on a day trip to Cologne Christmas Market by train. Thank you Gerrit and Joshua at the reception who also helped with all our queries. The breakfast was excellent and thank you Jana for your warm welcome. We booked here for the great reviews and Indigo was all that and more.

Liked: The waitress at the restaurant was friendly.
Disliked: I encountered a very rude receptionist. The parking charge should be Euro25/day, and I have to pay Euro 70 for 2 days. It should be multiple entries for Euro 25/day charges. I was trying to explain this to the receptionist, he was rude and instead of listening to customer, he showed a very rude face and tone while throughout the conversation I tried to be very patient. In the end, I relented and just pay extra Euro20 just to leave for my next destination. Disappointed how IHG manages its chain of hotels. My recommendation to the management team that oversees this hotel, do look into training and education.
