Each bedroom is contemporary in design taking inspiration from the Trinity - Durham Cathedral Castle and University. We will definitely book again...

Liked: We booked the hotel for one night , as we were at an offers open day st Durham University.We arrived just in time for a delicious super at the restaurant on site . The food was really very good , the staff & atmosphere fabulous. We had fun !

Lovely boutique hotel with great...

Liked: walking to city centre took 4 mins great onsite restaurant fabulous showers!

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Way overpriced, nearly £600 for 1 night in an average room with a shower and no bathtub..Food wasn't great either. A very disappointing stay.

Great location and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Breakfast choices were good. Room was comfortable. Friendly staff. The hotel is a beautiful building. The location was excellent. A short walk to restaurants. We particularly like la spaghettata which is a very popular restaurant.Recommend the walking tour.
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast was not good but you can order a flat whites or latte. The shower had a few grimey areas.
