Liked: Oscar was very pleasant and warming. My stay was comfortable and delightful.
Disliked: Nothing

Convenient clean handy.

Liked: We were on Amtrak train, and this hotel was super close, which was convenient because the train was VERY late and we checked in at 4 AM.
Disliked: Again, they insisted on charging us an additional “resort fee” for our stay, so almost $100 over the booking.com amount. The next day (after a good night’s sleep) I protested, but the desk clerk was adamant. I called booking.com, and an email was sent to me that resort fees were already included. We had to insist, and finally they relented and charged us the booking.com price.This has happened twice now to me. Beware of additional hotel charges vs booking.com agreed upon charge!

Very nice.

Liked: Very clean. Restaurant/bar staff was superb - best customer service that I have seen in a long time - they were helpful, friendly and personable.
Disliked: The bar could have been open a bit later for us, in order to eat. Once we got to the hotel, checked in and came downstairs for a meal and a drink the kitchen was closed. But a minor detail.

Great place to stay!

Liked: Really nice rooms, staff. Showers were hot and clean and the beds were comfortable. I heard the gym left a bit to be desired but was open really early. I also found the room a little dry, but perfect besides that. Love that it's so close to the train and whole foods. Had I known about the train on my way into town, I would have skipped the taxi from the airport to the hotel.
