Liked: The AC was nice and cold. The lights were nice as well.
Disliked: Power curtains were broken, stuck open. No working room phone. Towels were like a scrubbing pad, felt terrible on the skin. Wifi password was wrong, parking was a joke, underneath a bank one block away. Bed springs were popping each time.you sat on the bed, no tub in the shower, after reading it does, open shower design, made the entire bathroom floor a wet disaster. Dangerous and no drainage. Had to use all the Towels to mop the floor. I tried to reach out to management, offered no discounts, or help to make this stay feel aby better. When you book the most expensive hotel in the area. You expect at least motel 6 standards. Corners were cut, they sacrifice quality for something else. My room required lots of maintenance. I should've stuck with Hilton or Marriott. Great rooftop view. But my experience was way below what is acceptable. Didn't even offer me a compensation room for next time. Needless to say, I've seen the river, I'll never be back. I hope they read this, and go look at room 214, I have never left a review, but I waiting to see if they attempted to make it right. After offering nothing. But we'll try better next time. I'm not making that mistake twice. A simple discount on my bill would have shut me up. Maybe match the lower cost to the Hilton price. This place was 90 dollars more than the Hilton. And the most expensive option in the area as well. I wanted to pamper myself, and feel like a king, like the room said it was. Even the best Western has their acto together. Come on guys..... you need to do better,
