I would like to again mention the room needs to be compensated for our disappointing stay Friday March 28th 2014 in Cleveland Ohio.

Liked: The hotel desk clerks and valet parking attendants were accommodating and pleasant.
Disliked: They will be contacting you to refund our night's stay. There were hot water issues - we couldn't shower and the noise in the hallway from a fight woke us at 4:00 A.M. We felt exhausted not comfortable at all.

Disliked: Allowed pets - website said they were not allowed. Allergic people cannot stay where pets are welcome so we cancelled the reservation.

Liked: Wonderful staff - everybody was so friendly and helpful. Very clean. comfortable beds. Very close to great food and the House of Blues!
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor.

Disliked: Staff was rarely available valet is 50 a night and was not mentioned valet was late getting customers cars over an hour and staff took home customers DoorDash

Liked: We liked the convenience of the location.The staff overall—amazing. Especially in the restaurant for the morning breakfast. So kind, so patient & very attentive.
Disliked: The parking situation, super inconvenient as a family.The cold floors in the room.Just a very sterile, unwelcoming environment where we felt unseen.

In the Heart of the...

Liked: LOCATION!!! Right across from the parking garage from the Arena and Ballfield share so it took 2 minutes max to get to the Cavs game!!! My previous hotel didn't have my reservation and I booked this one on the way there. It was 10am and my room was ready!!! Super comfy beds and pillows that IHG are known for (I'd buy them for my house!). There were plenty of lights and lots of places to plug in chargers. This room was huge as well and had a coffeemaker (with coffee and tea) and bottled water. It was everything I needed.The room was spotless, the hotel was clean, and what staff is encountered were awesome...the 2 guys running valet were great too! Always had a smile on their faces, which was a nice addition to the day.Finally, I loved that leaving the DND sign on the door meant I really isn't get disturbed...thank you housekeeping!!!
Disliked: The water pressure and controlling the hotel water sucked. It was either scalding or freezing. And no noise issues until the last night but that's not the hotel's fault. I screamed some cuss words and banged on the ceiling and they shut up.I never had breakfast bc it was in the restaurant and I would really just prefer to run down and grab and go, but like I said, not the hotel's fault simply my preference. This hotel is a GEM!!!

Liked: The location was great! The lady at checkout was very nice.
Disliked: Our room was very dirty (sticky floors and stained sheets). It smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the vent cover was filled with fuzzy dirt.

Liked: Kyle in valet was great. He was very attentive and answered all our parking questions during our stay. We were able to check in 2 hours early which gave us the opportunity to drop our things off prior to attending an event.
Disliked: At 11:46pm there were loud guests in the hallway that woke us up while we were sleeping. Would not recommend having a room next to the elevators

We would definitely stay at...

Liked: We were there for 2 hockey games and the location could not have been more convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly.
Disliked: We had reserved a king size bed and verified at check in that we were getting one. We were assured it was a king. Upon entering our room we saw immediately that it was not. My husband went down to the desk and we were given a new room with the king bed.
