I would like to again mention the room needs to be compensated for our disappointing stay Friday March 28th 2014 in Cleveland Ohio.

Liked: The hotel desk clerks and valet parking attendants were accommodating and pleasant.
Disliked: They will be contacting you to refund our night's stay. There were hot water issues - we couldn't shower and the noise in the hallway from a fight woke us at 4:00 A.M. We felt exhausted not comfortable at all.

Disliked: Allowed pets - website said they were not allowed. Allergic people cannot stay where pets are welcome so we cancelled the reservation.

Liked: Wonderful staff - everybody was so friendly and helpful. Very clean. comfortable beds. Very close to great food and the House of Blues!
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor.

Can't ask for a better...

Liked: If you're staying in town for events at Rocket Arena of the Stadium, you cannot beat the location. It's convenient, located within walking distance of more than 30 restaurants and two blocks from Public Square.

OK, but not up to...

Liked: Location adjacent to Playhouse Square was extremely convenient. The restaurant was nice and for the most part, we found the employees friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were somewhat run down, with peeling paint and dirty spots on the ceilings and walls. The drains didn't work properly. The valet parking was very slow and disorganized --- it took almost 30 minutes to get our car --- and very expensive, considering how inconvenient it was.

Disliked: No microwave in room and the parking situation needs to be disclosed prior to booking I was told parking garage was cheaper than valet which it was not

It's was OK

Liked: Didnt have extra blankets for rollaway beds. I know it was busy due to concert however I've never encountered that. Restaurant was closed.

Liked: The location was perfect and easy to get in and out of
Disliked: Our room needed a couple repairs and the lighting was a little dark. It would be nice to have free coffee available that is better than what is offered in the room .
