I would like to again mention the room needs to be compensated for our disappointing stay Friday March 28th 2014 in Cleveland Ohio.
Liked: The hotel desk clerks and valet parking attendants were accommodating and pleasant.
Disliked: They will be contacting you to refund our night's stay. There were hot water issues - we couldn't shower and the noise in the hallway from a fight woke us at 4:00 A.M. We felt exhausted not comfortable at all.

Disliked: Allowed pets - website said they were not allowed. Allergic people cannot stay where pets are welcome so we cancelled the reservation.

Liked: Wonderful staff - everybody was so friendly and helpful. Very clean. comfortable beds. Very close to great food and the House of Blues!
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor.

Disliked: The toilet paper holder was off the wall in the bathroom. The floor was dirty in the bathroom.

Disliked: Pay for parking for an event, that didn't apply for us. Only 1 elevator that worked. Prices in snack bar area outlandish.

Nice place, great location, decent...
Liked: The restaurant was nice. The room was nice as well. It just needed a little more up keep.
Disliked: The curtains in my room fell when I tried to close them. The staff did offer for us to switch rooms however we were already settled in so my husband just put them back up.

Disappointing..
Liked: The closeness to the rocket mortgage fieldhouse
Disliked: The night staff and valet…very rude. Me and my boyfriend have never been to Cleveland, we asked questions about valet & the room policies. The valet man wasn’t being very clear on how it worked, I had accidentally clicked I was ready for service when he was showing me how to do it- he got very rude and scuffed at me. The front desk man just seemed very judgmental, wouldn’t speak clearly or explain why my room needed to change. While we did have to check out early, the morning staff was very friendly and accommodated me and my boyfriend. I just wished for a better experience, I understand that people have bad days but it just was very difficult and disappointing for our first visit to Cleveland. Room was clean, elevators were down for one night of our stay, valet was $45 for 24hrs (great since the parking garage across the street was $30 for 12hrs), nice bar down stairs and I liked how close all the restaurants were.
