Perfect in every way!!

Liked: We stay at this hotel twice a year while traveling back and forth to Florida.The staff is so wonderful and extremely helpful. We travel with 2 dogs and the pups are always so welcomed.Super clean, perfect location, we will continue to stay going forward!

Overall I enjoyed the stay....

Liked: The staff made it welcoming.
Disliked: WiFi wasn’t connecting on the first night. Ordered breakfast to come to the room and never got it but on the bright side they refunded my money.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We were awoken around midnight to a large party from the room across from us. There were about 14 people in the room loudly talking. We called the front desk and the guest service member came to talk to them about the noise. He did have them go downstairs but it took awhile to get this done. We were there for the marathon and did not get any sleep afterwards.

Liked: Hotel Lobby decor was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and location fantastic. Views from room beautiful!
Disliked: Awful smell coming from bathroom that hits you as soon as you walk into the room. Once door was closed smell subsided. Also could smell same stench outside hotel, possibly could be grease trap from restaurant, experienced at another hotel. Also, stains on carpet between the beds, just put flooring throughout the entire room and hotel. Less expensive and easier clean up!
