Excellent location. Had breakfast at Wetherspoons as a lot cheaper and close to hotel. Will return to the hotel as it's clean; excellent room and shower; staff very helpful and friendly; what a beautiful city is Cardiff is too.

Disliked: Disappointed with food as fried onion rings were sodden with dripping fat.

Liked: Central location town centre comfortable beds .The new self serve breakfast style was a bit chaotic both mornings we had to wait as they had run out of bacon sausage egg blackpudding .I much preferred breakfast when you could pick from a menu.

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, beautifully set out, lots of options for vegetarians.
Disliked: Just a note - if you park at greyfriars the lifts are broken so if you have lots of heavy suitcases you might struggle! Also didn't let me pay at the paystation. You have to pay at the pay station to use the hotel discount. I had to ring the NCP customer support number and they adjusted the amount online and I could pay via their website (not the app though).
