Excellent location. Had breakfast at Wetherspoons as a lot cheaper and close to hotel. Will return to the hotel as it's clean; excellent room and shower; staff very helpful and friendly; what a beautiful city is Cardiff is too.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Disappointed with food as fried onion rings were sodden with dripping fat.

Liked: We liked everything at the Hotel. Only fault is the room is a little dark. Needs brighter lighting. Staff were very accommodating and polite.Hotel very clean and comfortable
