not an hotel for international...
Liked: nothing
Disliked: It was difficult to find, it took us 30 minutes to find it. Only one small space to park and allow the car. We had an international flight the early morning after and ask for the airport shuttle as it was advertised on their website,We were told they could not guarantee an airport shuttle because of staff shortage..

We got a room upgrade....
Liked: The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: we literally starved because the restaurant was closed over the weekends and we arrived on a weekend in the evening. The room service menu is too basic. The pasta with cheese was badly prepared. Te menu only has pasta and soup as warm food , the rest is cold cuts and cheese . The breakfast is so monotonous and not everything is fresh eg the fruits, cucumbers, tomatoes are left overs and one can see that they are not fresh anymore.We got a stomach upset from the food. All the three of us got so sick and our son ended up in hospital on New Year’s Eve due to stomach upset. We ended up not really eating our newyears dinner gala food . The waitress who was serving at the NewYear was so unfriendly and had zero empathy despite her seeing our distress when our son got sick. She wasn’t bothered and it was so disappointing.She was mostly cold on other days too. After we got sick, we checked out and we didn’t extend as our stay because of our experience. We always come to stay at Indigo every End of December for 10 days but this time we only stayed for 5 days. it’s been 4 years of us coming to Indigo because we loved it even though the food issue was often a problem. We thought things could change but not so much.I lost my shoes in the room after we moved to another room. I asked the receptionist about the shoes and she didn’t get back to me. Thankyou to the nice staff for your service.
