Nice hotel with excellent staff

Liked: Access to the tram was great, plus there were plenty of food options right around the hotel. What made this hotel amazing though was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming, and made our experience enjoyable.

Will return here. Loved it.

Liked: Great location with the tram stop nearby or a short walk to the centre. Rooftop restaurant/bar was a nice place to end our evenings with a drink overlooking the river.
Disliked: One of the staff in the bar was a bit surly.

Disliked: The breakfast were a little bit wanting.

Liked: The location is little far from the centre is you walk (like 20 mins) but it is great for people travel with car because there is a car parking right opposite the hotel , and a train stop right outside the road with go direct to the city centre and wine museum . And cross the road, it is the shore which is great to walk your dog if you travelling with pet. The view of the rooftop is great too.
Disliked: The light of the room. It is a bit too dark and the bed lights didn't work during my stay.
