Liked: Super friendly staff all across the hotel, nice spotlessly clean room, really great breakfast. Location was great for us as we wanted to venture off the tourist track.

Liked: the stay itself was nice, but reception did not note in my booking that i got late check-out as agreed with reception when i asked for it, housekeeping therefore knocking 3 separate times and then being called by reception to ask when i would leave the room? And the same employee who failed to put in my late checkout gave me a card for my luggage that i left with the hotel to pick up later, but he did not put the corresponding tag on my suitcase… no offence but please train your staff better or that certain member of staff. terrible guest experience if reception doesn’t inform housekeeping and i get interrupted multiple times and then feel rushed to vacate a room, that i had two more hours in…

Excellent stay - would stay...

Liked: Location by the river and easy access into the City. Modern but cosy. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Just the pillows - but I find that at most hotels. Didn’t detract from my scoring as that’s my personal choice. My partner found them fine.
