Enjoyed Bath but they will...

Liked: Hotel perfect position for everthing but bath is sooooo expensive and very busy
Disliked: The hotel has a lot of stairs and miles of corridors easy to get lost and they service the rooms between 12 and 5 pm the reception told me that's very late

Liked: Ideally located for all of Bath. Great views of the skyline & the city. Lovely friendly attentive professional staff. Nice & quirky decoration. Good bar & outside terrace. Great aircon.
Disliked: Room was smaller than anticipated. This was my second stay & book same standard room. On my first visit the room was large but this time the room was markedly smaller but still comfy. The bathroom shower leaked outside of the screen which was a pain & hinge seemed to have been knocked off whilst being cleaned but just left in the tray.

Lovely hotel, wish were great....

Liked: Location was perfect and it was a lovely hotel.
Disliked: The courtyard was under repair so we couldn’t access the room via the courtyard nor could we use the courtyard to sit outside, which was part of the reason for booking the hotel in the first place. Off there was a notice to say the courtyard was closed I must have missed it in any communication from booking.com. The other thing that was disappointing was the bed … the room was lovely but the bed felt like it was collapsing on one side slightly so I found myself close to falling out bed, although it wasn’t awful … just a slight lack of comfort
