Liked: The room was lovely. Spacious, clean and well thought out. The hotel itself was attractive, comfortable and welcoming. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that I could leave my bag and that it was delivered to my room when ready. The location was perfect l as it was very convenient to the old town centre but not noisy at all.
Disliked: The breakfast offered at additional cost was fine but poor value for money. At checkout the system automatically charged me for breakfasts I hadn't had, which I didn't discover until I checked the printed receipt at home. The charge was promptly refunded when I contacted the hotel but it would have been better if it hadn't happened.

Liked: Nice staff great little touches in room such as robes slippers water coke biscuits
Disliked: Room overlooked an enclosed courtyard surrounded by buildings and one was having work done so at 8am each morning workmen started banging and shouting

Liked: Really lovely, welcoming staff. Warm, cosy and comfortable room. Great location for the Christmas Market
