Lovely hotel, staff were friendly...

Liked: I like the quirky paintings and general style. Close to the station, very easy to get to places by foot and the hotel bar was lovely too.
Disliked: The hotel was very warm but it was probably because we were on the top floor. Our bathroom didn’t have a toilet brush.

Second time we’ve stayed there...

Liked: Ambience, decor, proper boutique feel. Staff are great. Lovely building.
Disliked: Parking could potentially be a bit of a nightmare if no spaces in car park opposite but we’ve managed to find a space on both occasions we stayed.

Liked: Quiet location, yet convenient for many sites and shopping centre. Solidly built hotel with mininum sound transfer from other hotel guests, smart room, comfortable bed and delightful quirkiness

Perfect setting and location for...

Liked: Easy walking distance to the Roman baths and central Bath.
Disliked: Our bar fridge didn’t seem to be working. Notified staff on check out and they will look in to it.

Liked: Lovely, slightly quirky hotel which is perfectly situated near the city centre, train station and theatre. Super, friendly and efficient staff
