excellent staff in every way....

Liked: I had an appointment to get a new passport and was only there one night. The location was obviously perfect and all the staff was able to answer my questions about timing and where everything was located.
Disliked: 55.00 parking!

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Parking area was not great. Couldn't park outside the hotel to unload bags. Elevator situation was weird. Have to exit and second floor - walk around and take another elevator. Stairs were closed? Not sure why

Liked: Clean, simple, newly-renovated hotel. We had a great stay!
Disliked: 2 lifts need to be used to get to any hotel room. But we never had to wait for too long for any of them.

Staff was friendly and room...

Disliked: WiFi was shockingly slow, hardly 1 Mbps download. Nearly 2025 but gear delivering 2005 service. Must do better.

Would never stay again!

Liked: Hotel was clean.
Disliked: The location, the parking was around the corner. It was not safe to park and walk a mile away from hotel. People beg for your money (along the street)while walking from the pissy parking garage. You had to pay every time you left garage around $25-$45. The valet was $55 a day if you chose that. Had to take 2 elevators to get to room. Communication was awful with staff. I was quoted wrong price for damage fee and charged $200 versus the $75 quoted. So now I have to wait to be reimbursed my money. There was no refrigerator or microwave in room.
