Not good value for money

Liked: 24 hour help desk, free regular shuttle to airport, free coffee in morning, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Heat in room couldn’t be changed, I couldn’t get the tv volume to go down, only up; the coffee machine in my room didn’t work : couldn’t close the curtains, no free breakfast, only cows milk provided; take a hefty damages deposit so the price initially is a lot more than the advertised price.

Short stay, but definitely met...

Liked: Nice breakfast buffet. Convenient location for airport, plus shuttle service.
Disliked: Door was a little difficult to operate. Took several attempts before the key card worked.

Scam

Liked: Booking for a quoted price online - and paying in advance with no cancellation option - only to arrive and be told there is an additional parking fee of $14 is, quite frankly, a scam. I would have given all high ratings except for that. Next I am going to post this story on social media.
