Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable
Disliked: I called for a shuttle and they said I was being picked up. Waited 50 min and they never came. Called again and they said they cancelled the shuttle and closed. Then got to the hotel and door was locked and they said all reservations were accounted for . I had to show them my reservation and beg to be let in. Very disappointing experience .

Disliked: We booked this room for the shuttle service and proximity to the airport. I was upset to find out the shuttle runs start at 6 a.m. and we needed to be at the airport at 5 am.
