A great place to stay

Liked: The overall hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a plus that they had a restaurant and bar. The lounge area is very upscale and a very good vibe. The wait staff was extremely friendly. The front desk clerks were AWESOME!(except the guy from the first night) The day of the UGA graduation. We needed clear bags, and the ladies at the desk sold us clear bags because we didn't know it was a clear bag policy until we were ready to leave for the graduation. They definitely saved the day! Thanks, ladies!
Disliked: I didn't like that for the amount of money I paid for 2 rooms, neither had a microwave. On the night of check-in, I asked a guy about late checkout. He never touched the computer he just looked at me crazy and said, "They couldn't do it." The next morning, I asked the new front desk clerk, and she smiled and moved us to a later checkout time. Other than these few small things, the stay was great!

Liked: Great location, sensible parking, upscale modern vibe. But the staff was the best part, Valencia in particular, she really exemplified southern hospitality. We only knew her for minutes but feel like we left a great friend behind when we left.
Disliked: Can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like
