Liked: The Staff was really nice and helped out if there was some strange Homless people asking for money and won‘t leave… Also a spontanious late check out was possible, thanks for that. After the 3* Hotel we took in Brussel, this hotel seems like luxury and the price per night was almost the same.
Disliked: Because the central location there was many homless people asking agressive for money. But this ain‘t the hotels fault it‘s just normal in Antwerp

Disliked: Behavior of the employees. At the ckeck out they wanted that I pay for the breakfast even though everything had already been paid for. When booking they offered a parking voucher but when I arrived they said that they do not have a contract anymore and that these messages sent the Booking.

Liked: Great location in the heart of the city. It was especially convenient to catch the early morning train to the airport. The breakfast was rich and tasty.
