So different, so nice !
Liked: LocationThe hotel is easy to find and is literally one minute from a motorway. At night it is lit up so beautifully that it is impossible to miss.AmbienceThe hotel exudes a positive attitude even when one is feeling a bit low possibly if it was raining or overcast. The colour scheme of predominantly orange tends to create a very uplifting atmosphere. This is reflected in the friendly pleasantness of the staff.RoomsI would say that the bedrooms are unique in the sense that somehow they have created what might be termed a ‘mixture of different styles’ .The bedroom in which I was located, there is a shadow outline of what appears to be Marilyn Monroe kissing me good night., In the bedroom of my family, there is a full wall of an impressionist painting.ServiceThe rooms themselves are kept in pristine and spotless conditions. They are maintained by an army of ladies, who are in no way phased by the aftermath of the under 10’s bedroom terrorism brigade. Never a complaint; real heroes !BreakfastA brilliant and well serviced bright room, where the array of breakfast goodies’, endlessly replenished by a friendly member of staff . There is a range of coffees to compete with many Starbucks, plus fruit, cereals, pastries, cheese, Serrano ham, York ham, salami and more than average items associated with a European breakfast. Times are consistent with holiday standards 7am-11am mostly. It set us up for the day.SecurityAlthough the hotel has dedicated parking spaces which are immediately outside its premises, and the area appears safe, they have an underground garage with spaces for 8 vehicles, to a maximum of 2m height (€10 per day). The garage door remains closed other than when a visitor requests entry or exit. Reception is covered 24/7.Locality Pinto is a nicely located suburb of Madrid. The local train station is a 10 minute walk and trains will take you to the city centre (Sol) in about a half hour (Line C3 - cost €6 return ticket).Pinto is a social town, w

Ok for one night but...
Liked: Tge Hotel was clean and smelt lovely.
Disliked: The decor. I felt sick with the horrible bright green colours and stars. Couldn't wait to get out in the morning. It wasn't inviting at all. I'm pleased I was only there for one night.

Minimalist option in city centre...
Liked: The aesthetic was bright and clean internally. The little restaurant area for breakfast was clean and efficiently managed. Beds were large and comfy with good pillows. Good WiFi signal and television.Pet friendly but we were charged an excess for our cat.Decent size storage space for clothes and bags for one night stay, any longer.Bathroom was small, compact, but decent shower.
Disliked: Couldn’t park in their car park, as it was full. Which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place. So had to drive round and round looking for a space, which was disappointing after a long journey. There was no real space around the beds to walk about in a triple room, okay for a one night stay but any longer and it would feel too cramped for us.Woken by street noise, dog barking early hours even with ear plugs.Breakfast: step down from level where you get hot drinks was easy to miss.No space really to socialise outside of the room other than some tables in reception area.

Great stop-over between the ferry...
Liked: The hotel was perfect, large room and bathroom, in great decorative order and with efficient air-conditioning. We were able to park right outside the door. Good continental breakfast in the morning, in a lovely breakfast room with large windows, overlooking a park.
Disliked: We stayed on a Sunday night and struggled to find anywhere close by to eat in the evening. However, with the hotel itself, there wasn't really anything we didn't like.
