Liked: The staff: Emanuella,Iole and Alessandro were very friendly and always ready to help.The hotel is in a quiet area and I enjoyed the tranquility.The place is also very clean.

A pleasant stay

Liked: The Bleis hotel was a pleasant stay. We were there for seven nights. The room had a very comfortable atmosphere bed and a great shower. The property was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were fantastic. A special thanks to Gari & Iole for their kindness and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and tons of variety. The area was very quiet. The bus stop was right in front of the property.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not available for the property. Our room was very warm at times, but they did provide us with a fan which helped a great deal. We did have the patio door which was a help, but did not feel comfortable leaving it open while we were away or during sleeping either. Also no smart tv available, Netflix, YouTube, prime tv options. All the above were listed as amenities on booking.com.

HOT and miserable rooms!

Liked: It was HOT. I talked to the people at the reception desk 4 different times over the course of 3 days and nothing was done about the issue. One receptionist, Alessandro, didn't believe me when I told him the temperature in my room, so he came up with me to my room so I could show him. And then he didn't care.

Friendliest staff, lovely decor, super...

Liked: The AC wasn’t working but we also couldn’t turn down/tuen off the heater. I couldn’t leave my windows open so it was an uncomfortable sleep for two nights.
