Liked: Beautiful building
Disliked: Interior was tired looking. Bath faucet extended out of hole. Food only served until 5 pm. No room service.

Disliked: I used a cane for walking, going up and down was hard for me, no elevator from the moment you enter the main entrance or going to eat breakfast, was a problem for me and for that reason this will be my last time I use this hotel when visiting family in Mexico City.

Great stay!

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, the room has high ceilings and is spacious! Bathtub was a bonus. The reception team was friendly, the bellboy helped us with the bags, and gave us some info.The free breakfast consists of a sandwich, fruits, juice and coffee or tea. If you want the buffet option you need to pay for it but its not expensive and good value for money. There is also a very nice piano at the restaurant, if you can play a nice piece, you can use it. All was perfect. We would definitely come again.
Disliked: The internet could be better, its a bit slow, at least in our room.

Liked: The location is very good. If you like to walk and observe the surroundings is great.
Disliked: The shower floor was kind of slippery.
