Liked: Very friendly staff at the restaurant and reception. Very kind staff at the entrance. Breakfast good but not exceptional. The ultra-central location. The hotel building is impressive
Disliked: The room was not heated upon arrival, I had to turn on the heating system and return two hours later. The coffee is not refreshed until after I have drawn the staff's attention. I booked a room for three adults and received a room with an additional folding bed, of very poor quality. Two days after payment, my credit card is still blocked with the deposit

Liked: Excellent location, walking distance from Opera and most of the attractions.Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is rich and excellent quality, best coffee and cakes. Very professional staff and great housekeeping. Thank you for my husbands birthday surprise - champagne and cake! You made our stay unforgettable.
