Unforgettable memories

Liked: Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Right next to the metro. Very nice and calm neighbourhood. We would definitely return here.

It was alright, but I...

Liked: The toilet was rather spacious and the hotel kindly assisted to dispose of our luggage upon check-out.
Disliked: Right from the start we sensed that the staff were not the most friendly. The room provided to us was on the 6th floor and there was no direct lift access - we had to take the lift to the 5th floor and cut across the corridor to a staircase at the end, then climb up two flights of stairs to reach our room. The hotel staff did not offer to assist with our luggages at all, despite the fact that there is no direct lift access, we had 2 large luggages, and I am pregnant. The room provided to us was the top floor, hence the ceiling above the beds was slanted (due to the roof). This meant that we had to be very careful when getting into and out of bed as we might hit our heads against the slanted ceiling. We also noticed that our neighbours on the same floor were also Asian, unsure if there is any coincidence as the other (non-asian) guests we bumped into were on the 5th floor with direct lift access.The hotel practices sustainability, which we can respect, and their card states that they will change our towels if we leave them on the floor. There was one day where we had left our towels on the floor for a change and when we returned that night, they had only replaced 1 bath towel. Furthermore, the bath towel had multiple brown stains.Overall, we have definitely had better experiences in other boutique hotels/in other parts of Europe. Perhaps we were being sensitive, but it felt like the hospitality and customer service was lacking.

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel was about a 20 minute transfer in a Uber which was about 30 euros & a 10 minute walk to the city center so location wise it was great. Room was quite modern with a lovely bathroom area, the shower was nice & hot with fresh towels changed daily after whatever you used! Also a Hair dryer in the bathroom! Safety deposit box & ironing board in the room with a decent sized TV on the wall also! We didn't have breakfast as we ate on the go so not sure what that was like but i think it was 20 Euros each per morning! Room was cleaned & beds made daily so cant fault the hotel at all. Reception Staff were also really friendly so all in all the Hotel was great!
Disliked: Room got a bit to warm on a night & when the stat was turned off it still stayed warm so not sure what was wrong with that. Didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open as there is a mezzanine flooring going all around the inside of the hotel so everyone who has a room could potentially walk around so I wasn't comfortable with that although I do understand its probably due to fire regulations!

Liked: Breakfast had a great selection and variety of fresh foods. The hotel had a lovely bar with fantastic cocktails.
Disliked: The shower temperature needed several adjustments, it kept deviating from the setting. Nothing too bad though.
