Liked: Great location, vert comfortable
Disliked: Signage for the car park was very poor, it is very convenient , right next to entrance but badly signed and when you drive down into the entrance it is easy to pass their entrance and end up at the NH hotel one who are obviously used to this happening

New Year's Eve in Bilbao

Liked: The location was perfect, the size of the room was great and breakfast is very tasty.
Disliked: The receptionist who handled our check in seemed to be very unhappy to be at work on the day....not sure if its because it was New Years eve and perhaps she wanted to have the day off but she could definitely do better by smiling at guests at least.On a side note, also parking is a bit overpriced when compared to all other hotels that we visited during our road trip.

ZERO SLEEP--nightclub next door!

Liked: Comfy bed, good shower, central location
Disliked: There's a super loud nightclub literally right next door to the hotel. I heard the bass thumping ALL night until it closed at 0600! I was on the 6th floor and still heard it all night, as did probably everyone else in the hotel. And soon thereafter the housekeeper was loud in the hallway outside my room, slamming doors, banging her cart around, and with her phone constantly ringing. I got zero sleep and changed hotels the next morning.
