Liked: I liked the room, the position of the hotel in the city, the staff at the reception and the restaurant. Pretty good breakfast, clean room, heat, quiet. I would love to come back to this hotel.

Liked: Perfect location: it is located in the city center, 200 meters from the bus and train station.The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offer was also adequate, but I would rather call it average compared to the standard of the place. . I would highlight the selection of premium quality teas (Sirocco). Parking was also easy, the underground garage was also accessible by elevator. Part of the parking lot is reserved for hotel guests. Bathroom is equipped with bathtub, you didn't have to wait long for hot water. There is also a great self-service restaurant in the shopping center accessible from the ground floor of the hotel. Terrace with seating and a view of the city.
Disliked: Connecting to wifi was quite difficult on one of our devices. At breakfast, refilling the consumption and cleaning the tables showed temporary difficulties by the curly haired waitress who was visibly unable to smile,specifically giving the impression that she doesn't like her job. .. It was also typical that, in the absence of house rules or management, lonely people sat down to breakfast at the 6-person tables, with whom one would not necessarily want to eat at the same table.

Disliked: - Only one elevator in the building- Temperature of the water during shower alternating very often warm/cold

Liked: As usual, it is always quite nice to stay at ILLUSTER.
Disliked: If you have to stay western side during the summer time, the room becomes too warm. No AC.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Breakfast variety could be better. A lot of things were missing. Also the rooms were not really soundproof. I could hear someone from the nearby rooms blow their nose.

Reacquainting with my former hometown

Liked: Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location couldn't be better, right smack in the middle and very close to the train station. Great base to explore Uster on foot and the region by train.
Disliked: Bathroom too small, shower stall not fully closed (water splashing all over), no AC in room - might become more important with global climate change.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff, excellent outside roof terrace area, great breakfast, lovely little balcony on our room
Disliked: Lack of aircon; a fan was provided but it was extremely hot in the room even with the windows open
