Superb

Liked: Staff very helpful and knowledgeable you step outside and everything was there in easy reach 😀
Disliked: No hot water on 1st night but it was fixed by the next morning so quick to remedy this which could have happened at any time

Liked: Lovely welcome, room was clean fresh and very roomy. Central for everything in Naples, perfect place
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like apart from remembering to stop as you stepped outside the hotel and look as you might get run over by a scooter as the road is very narrow

Great stay in a vibrant...

Liked: Great location, a short walk from Toledo Metro station. Felt like you were right in the hub of everything with being on the little (any busy) alleyways. Room was very comfortable and the staff extremely happy and helpful!
