Disliked: Noisy environment, like radiators loudly knocking every morning, toilet tank leaking and loudly topping up every 15-30 minutes. Once faced a cockroach. The bed is rather for one person than for two. Weird smell in the common areas.

Liked: Comfy bed, great location (close to lots of public transport options, union square and chinatown), good shower and fridge worked well. Shared kitchen with disposable cutlery and a couple tables. Reception staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No air con (missed that this wasn't included when booking), single window in room faced directly towards a concrete wall so there was minimal light and the room was quite stuffy with no way to air it out, no hair dryer, a couple of small bugs in the room we had to care of. Room was on the small side, difficult to fit two large suitcases without being in the way.
