Disappointing.

Liked: Location. Gorgeous Seaview from bedroom window. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: No breakfast option. Sewer smell from bathroom. Mold in bathroom and windows. Rain water on inside windowsill. Cleanliness not up to standard. It just felt dirty. Old dirty looking blankets on bed instead of duvet.

AVOID, do NOT book here

Liked: The hotel is very close (10mins walk) to the old port and via the elevators or walking up the hill, it is about 15-20 mins to the tube station. Direct views of the beach from the bar. There are no grocery shops around and on Sundays/holidays it can be extremely quiet
Disliked: The hotel had no hot water for over a week. I wish this was the only issue.We were told daily not to worry and that it was an easy fix. By the end of our stay, we were told the boiler wouldn’t be fixed on time and were recommended to find alternatives for accommodation but we couldn’t move to another hotel just days before new year’s celebrations.We were refunded 4/9 nights (we only had hot water 2/9 days and encountered other issues during our stay). By the time we left, the boiler was still not fixed.We also found bugs and ants in the room (when informed and pics were shown, no solution was provided).Finally, every guest’s details (name, room number, number of nights…) was left behind in public areas of easy access. This was flagged but we noticed it happened again the following morning during the cleaning shift. If checking in after reception is closed, access to your room will be simply left in an envelope for anybody to pick it up; no details will be checked and the only security is the pic code to access the building which is provided before check in via email/text.I’ll definitely won’t be going to this place ever again and I’d recommend you go literally anywhere else; this is not a comfortable hotel and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Special location, lovely toom

Liked: The location is stunning in the beach. Toom large, clean, bequtiful sea view. All brand new. Did not use the restaurants although done that in the past (really good food).
Disliked: All good. Maybe a kettle for cofee/tea in the toom. Very minor.
