Disliked: It is an old hotel with the red carpet. The window of bathroom is transparent...

Expensive hotel on good location

Liked: Next to metro station, railway station and parking garage. The stuff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was worth spending some extra money.
Disliked: The hotel neighbourhood did not seem very safe at night. Remeber, the hotel is located next to the train station.

Disappointing

Liked: Very modern refurbished hotel.
Disliked: We could not understand as to why, in such a lovely building, the management's choice was to not supply blankets or doonas as standard? We could not even get one from reception! At best, the staff gave us an extra bedsheet. We froze all night. Another annoyance was that the internet service was unusable above the ground floor! Very poor when set against the current standard for this priced accommodation in this city. Sadly disappointing. :-(
